Idea 1 – Welcome to Heartbreak, Kanye West A couple break up after arguing a lot and the man is badly affected Man goes into a depression state shown by heavy use of drugs and alcohol The man is trying to recover, whilst the couples memories are playing throughout the video in flashbacks Mix of performance/narrative, although mainly narrative Singer will be wearing dark hat and dark clothes (USP) Inspirational video is ‘Young and Beautiful’ A2 Music video Suitable level of challenge, as most music videos nowadays don’t contain flashbacks and are of a dark nature.

Idea 2 – Me, Myself and I A boy meets a girl or makes a new friend The girl/friend is deceiving the boy into doing bad things, such as committing crime and taking drugs It then reveals that the girl/friend is some kind of evil species (As they will be wearing a mask or having black contact lenses) The boy is regretting what he s done until he then finds out he has turned into the species that the girl/friend was USP- characters wearing masks or devil contact lenses No Performance

Idea 3 – Photograph, Ed Sheeran A couple break up and the boy is visiting the places where they went and reminiscing the stuff they did together, such as ice skating, dates etc He's using his phone to trigger the memories by looking through his photos of them together The singer will be performing in the narrative USP will be in the singers costume – will find a costume to make it memorable No inspirational ideas
