Executive Summary The internet has literally changed the way we live our daily lives. It is now to experience a new vision and a new way in buying and selling online. eThriftySale.com is the easiest way in online shopping and selling. eThriftySale.com offers most reliable service and is most member friendliest place on the net.
Business Description Our Goal: To bring both the customer and the seller a more convenient way of handling both time and money. Three different options that our company offers to sellers: Auction (eBay.com) Yard Sale (Frimp.net) Whole/Retail (Amazon.com)
Competition Includes, among others: eBay.com Amazon.com Frimp.net Capeyardsale.com eBid.net
Operations eCommerce Site Creation. Selection of hosting services. Implementation of shopping cart and a checkout system. Creation of customer service/customer support team and system. Comparison of potential providers.
Funding Startup Funding: From me and various business partners Not re-allocating until our business is a success  Funding strategy of 60/40, having 40% of total funding from our investors.  Time frame of 18 to 24 months for the startup period  After 18 months: Six months left before the startup period expires After 24 months: Again review the assets we have received and review the bills to determines if anything needs to be changed. If not, we will stay the course on how to allocate our funding strategy.
Customer Relationship Management Three general constraints of trust on the internet: Reluctance to give personal information via the Internet.  Reluctance to buy online because they regard the payment process as unsecure.  Reluctance to purchase online due to the lack of personal contact, geographical distance and the time gap between payment and receiving the product.
Customer Relationship Management II Developed several steps to win both trust and loyalty: Joined together with UPS because UPS is a leading company in their field of business.  For not only delivering products quickly, but helping us build a solid reputation for delivering valuable goods (Quick turnaround time)..  Guarantee their security by using a top of the line server and by using the best possible protection available.  Not only will the site be secured but we will use a system similar to Paypal (money gramm transfer system).  If a buyer’s identity is fraudulently used or a payment is not processed correctly, some type of compensation will be offered.  The compensation may include a full refund of funds or some type of gift certificate or gift card that can be redeemed in anyway the buyer wants.
Marketing Market strategy: The customer is our main goal and anything less than this is unacceptable.  We will go the entire length to ensure that the customer’s needs are met and that the customer is satisfied with what we have to offer.  Target sales rather than attract volume.  Occasionally hold sales promotions that offer chances at winning prizes  There will also be different promotional rebates offered for different products. One rebate may give 10% off orders of $50 or more and one rebate may offer free advertising and selling opportunities for an entire week. There will be different types of advertising used: Television, radio, in business magazines, and on the internet with various sources.  Go with a responsive chain which is required for unpredictable demand forecasts.
