- 1. For my audience feedback, I decided to ask 4 males and 4 females, so the results wouldn’t be biased.
- 2. The people who said that they wouldn’t be interested in buying my magazine, said it was because they were not a fan of the chosen genre and that they don’t buy music magazine.Other comments made were that there are interesting articles, it is original, there are appealing colours and that the images look good.
- 3. Most of the people said positive things about choosing to feature a hybrid genre. The comments made were, that it is a good idea if targeted to the right people, many said it was unique and cool. Also, they thought that it blended well to suit the magazine.The question about my magazine colour scheme got positive comments about it such as it is very good and suits the target audience. It is cute and poppy, interesting and well suited, maintained and that the colours go well together.I didn’t get many comments for improvements as most of the feedback told me that the magazine seems well thought out and well presented. I got a suggestion about maybe having a bottom strip on the contents and the double page article. Finally, an improvement that was noted was to try not to waste space.
- 5. Some of the comments made about this question was that there are interviews that are in most magazines to appeal to the chosen market. It keeps in well with the codes and conventions. The magazine is constructed well and links to the genre. Finally, all of the articles would be seen in magazines.
- 6. The reasons for choosing the favourite page were that the cover is realistic and appeals to music lovers. The article features good use of levels trough the images and is detailed and cool. The front cover has a nice masthead, shadow effect and good use of contrast which targets the audience well. Also, they liked the mid shot and the layout and that the contents page looks professional.
- 8. The majority of the people asked liked the use of imagery because there are different angles to entice people to buy it. The images are edited well and presented nicely. They look professional and there are nice shots that appeal to the target audience. All the images are different and they found them appealing because there is a range of female and male images.
