Primary audience- Female (15-25) Drama The drama in films is usually an attractive factor for female audiences because of that dramatic aspect. The audience will enjoy the drama as it adds more to the film itself to make a better film, as well as the importance of the drama within, it appeals to a female audiences are more interested in Drama than violence. Secondary audience- Male (15-25 Blood The Descent has a good amount of blood in, which is attractive to the average male and makes the film more action based. Because of that action within the films it tends to attract the male audience because of that gore and the appeal of violence, as well as the appeal most men just like watching fights. Primary audience-Female (15-25) Secondary audience- Male (15-25) Women Both audiences are attracted the female aspect as female audience like having female key roles in such masculine scenarios adding more importance to those characters, promoting some feminism within the film and how the roles are played out, whereas the male audience just like seeing the female characters in skimpy clothing. Secondary audience-Male (15-25) Rock climbing/ Caving Rock climbing is stereotypically a male sport to take part in, so the aspect of extreme sport added to the film adds that reliability to the film for those who have participated, aswell as the fact people like seeing the sports happen and the fact in works in correlation with the film gives it that little bit more and adds to the action aspect of the film.
