This document presents a novel approach for automatic face naming from weakly labeled images using two methods to create discriminative affinity matrices. The proposed Regularized Low-Rank Representation (RLRR) method and Ambiguously Supervised Metric Learning (ASML) are combined to leverage the complementary information from both matrices, leading to improved face naming accuracy. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques over existing methods on both synthetic and real-world datasets.
