  • #5: Now I could probably sit here and say how great AT is, how useful it is, how much it would help your company etc – but to be honest, there are probably a number of questions alone which if you can’t answer, will probably speak for itself on if you need a system like this for your business or not:So, sitting here right now, – think about your business today…. Do you know… Who your most profitable client is?Do you know who your top 10 most profitable clients are?Do you know which of your contracts is the most profitable?Do you know which of your services are most profitable? Are you billing for all the work you do for your clients? Even the ones with recurring services contracts? How do you make sure your billable employees are fully utilized?How do you get real time visibility into your business at the moment?If you cant answer these questions you need service intelligence software - because without this visibility into your company, its hard to make fact-based decisions which will help to support the growth and the profitability of the company.
