This document presents a model for mixed reality called the Mixed Interaction Model. The model aims to provide a framework for understanding, creating, and assessing mixed reality systems. The model defines key concepts like mixed objects and mixed interactions. It also illustrates how the model can be used for descriptive, generative, and comparative purposes when designing mixed reality systems. An example mixed reality system called RAZZLE is used to demonstrate how the model can be applied. The overall goal of the model is to help designers better understand, create, and evaluate mixed reality experiences and interfaces.
