This document is a thesis submitted by H Avinash to the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a Master's degree in Food Supply Chain Management. The thesis aims to study the back-end conditions of street food vendors in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. It includes a literature review on street food practices in other countries and India. The methodology section outlines how 100 street food vendors across 10 areas in Vijayawada will be surveyed using a questionnaire. The results and discussion section will analyze the findings related to raw material procurement, vendor health and hygiene practices, stall infrastructure, and personal hygiene.
