Johnny and Clem Clarke started Vision Tour two years ago to help underprivileged youth develop a new vision for their future after Clem, who works in child support, met a 24-year-old grandmother. Vision Tour takes 95 struggling teens on a week-long summer tour of Washington D.C. and New York City to visit historic sites and challenge them to apply the lessons to their own lives. The Clarkes will receive the Governor's Volunteer Award today for their work with Vision Tour helping over 170 teens through volunteerism and educational tours.
