Go to cloudHQ.net and click "See Plans and Pricing" then "Get Started" for the Premium Plan. Follow the sync wizard steps to connect your Evernote, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Docs accounts. The wizard will guide you through authorizing cloudHQ to access your accounts and selecting formats to export notes. Name folders to contain exported notes from each service in your Dropbox. Click "Synchronize Continuously" to begin continuously replicating and synchronizing Evernote notes, Google Drive files, and Google Docs between Dropbox.

- 6. Drag the Evernote icon to the empty box on the left.
- 7. You will be prompted to sign in with your Google ID. Click on “Sign Up with Google Account” and you will be forwarded to the Google page. Click on “Allow.”
- 8. After the account is created, you need to authorize cloudHQ to access your Evernote notes.
- 9. Click on “Authorize” and you will be redirected back to cloudHQ. Click on “Add Evernote” and you will be forwarded to the Evernote page to confirm that cloudHQ can access your Evernote notes.
- 10. Now, just select Stacks and notebooks
- 11. In this step, just drag the Dropbox icon into the empty box on the right.
- 12. Click on Allow and you will redirected back to cloudHQ. Click on “Add Dropbox” and you will be forwarded to the Dropbox page to confirm that cloudHQ can write to Dropbox.
- 13. Name this folder something like “Evernote_in_Dropbox.” Click on “Create Folder” to create a folder.
- 14. Click the newly created folder and press select.
- 15. Now you need to select the format into which you want export your notes. Let's select PDF, ENEX, and TXT for now.
- 16. Now it is time add sync of your Google Drive and Google Docs documents with Dropbox.
- 17. So click on “Add Synchronization Pair”
- 18. Just drag the Google Drive icon to the empty box on the left.
- 19. Click on “Add Google Drive” and you will be forwarded to the Google page to confirm that cloudHQ can access your Google Drive files. Click on “Authorize” and you will be redirected back to cloudHQ.
- 20. Click on “Select” to confirm your selection. Now, click on the arrow to list your Google Drive folders. You can sync any folder within your Google Drive account. For now, lets just click on the top level folder. This means cloudHQ will replicate all files in your Google Drive.
- 21. Drag the Dropbox icon into the empty box on the right.
- 22. Since we already added your Dropbox account, click on “Select” next to your Dropbox account and you will be forwarded to a page where you need to create a Dropbox folder which will contain your Google Docs files.
- 23. Name this folder something like “Google_Drive_in_Dropbox.” Click on “Create Folder” to create a folder.
- 24. Click the newly created folder and press select.
- 25. And finally, to start replication and synchronization, just click on “Synchronize Continuously”. cloudHQ will start an automatic and continuous copy of all your Google Drive files and documents and Evernote notes into Dropbox.
