Pivotal to WDMS (BPM solution).All backend/Operations processes were moved to WDMS. This helped the client to smoothen the
processes.I had been instrumental in understandingthe users business needs,analysison as is processand new process

Prepare Business Requirement Document, Functional documents,Wireframes/system blueprints creations,Requirements
