In English, " because " means
“porque," meaning that it
indicates a causal
relationship. Because it is
a conjunction , that is to say a
word that is used to join two or
more parts of a sentence with a
certain relationship, or two or
more sentences.
3. The structure of a sentence that uses
"because" as a conjunction can be in two
ways:
•Consequence + Because + Cause
I eat a lot of apples because I like them.
I eat a lot of apples + because + I like
them.
• Because + Cause + Consequence
Because I like apples I eat a lot of them.
