STEP 1) Deposit > Exchanges
If you want to follow the strategy of building out a diversified cryptocurrency portfolio, you won’t
just want to buy Bitcoin.
Yes, you’ll have to start by buying Bitcoin, but after that you’ll take that cryptocurrency, send it to an
exchange and use it to buy other cryptocurrencies (also referred to as alt-coins).
That’s what the best cryptocurrency exchange platforms allow you to do – to get in on new and
exciting coins and split your initial investment up.
Bitcoin (and to a lesser extent, Ethereum) are the gatekeepers to cryptocurrency.
You have to buy your Bitcoin (or Ethereum), which you can then use to buy other cryptocurrencies.
Many of the exchanges only list a limited selection of cryptocurrencies and if you want to make the
most money it makes sense to be on several exchanges so that you can pick up coins when they are
still cheap, before they have gone mainstream.
Some of biggest profits can be made from investing in coins that are fractions of a cent, and only
available on one or two exchanges, before they blew up.
www.wealthypioneers.com
STEP 2) Store > Wallets
Keeping/Storing your Bitcoin in a secure wallet
CAUTION: If you search online for Bitcoin wallets, you will get plenty of options but you need to be
careful with choosing the right one. The big mistake is to pick any random Bitcoin wallet just because it’s
listed on the Google play store or that it is on the first page of Google.
Another big mistake that even experienced users make is by keeping the wallet in an exchange. Most of
the offer in-built Bitcoin wallet and lets you store Bitcoins in their wallet. The problem with holding
Bitcoins in an exchange is you don’t own the Bitcoins. These exchanges can be shut down. Exchanges
are also at risk of getting hacked and you might lose your Bitcoin if you store it on an exchange.
Bitcoin is not like a typical currency that you keep in your bank. You are responsible for the security of
your Bitcoins and that’s why you keep it in a wallet that you have 100% control over. This is done by
having the ownership of seed word or private key. To the first timer, it may sound very technical, but it
is actually easy to understand and learn.
To simplify your understanding of Bitcoin wallet security, you just need to use a well-recognized wallet
that lets you, and only you, keep the seed words. This seed word is the password for your Bitcoin. Even
if you lose your phone or hardware wallet, you can recover your Bitcoin using the seed words.
www.wealthypioneers.com
STEP 2) Store > Wallets (Continued)
There are different kinds of wallets for Bitcoins.
• Mobile wallets which come with a mobile application and is available for both iOS and Android.
• Desktop wallet which comes as a software
• Web wallet which comes as a website
• Hardware wallet which is the most secure ways
• A paper wallet is another most secure method but setting it up is not easy.
If you are someone storing more than 0.2 BTC, which is worth more than $1000 in today’s time, you
should order a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano S or Trezor.
f you are starting now, you can use a mobile wallet to store Bitcoin and later transfer the Bitcoins to a
hardware wallet. If you need Bitcoins for daily use and need to store a smaller amount, you can use a
mobile wallet such as MyCelium, Jaxx or Coinomi.
www.wealthypioneers.com
STEP 3) Earning > Cloud Mining
Want to invest in bitcoin mining but do not want to deal with the hassle of managing your own
hardware? Cloud mining is an alternate way of mining Bitcoins without you having to own expensive
hardware or know any technical expertise. Because of this, bitcoin cloud mining has opened up a new
possibility of earning bitcoins for enthusiasts that are not particularly tech-savvy.
Cloud mining is done by using shared processing power produced by a remote datacenter.
It is important to look for a company that is known to have strong security features implemented and few
negative reviews from customers
The idea is relatively easy : you buy hash power (calculation power on a computer) and receive everyday
the bitcoin that you mined, directly to your bitcoin wallet.
You can mine many different crypto-currencies on Cloud mining. Personally, I only mine bitcoin because
it’s one of the crypto-money that I believe the most in.
By mining, you are securing a cryptocurrency network and generating new coins and in return getting
rewards. But if you are buying cryptocurrency you are just investing in it.
If you aren’t tech savvy enough or don’t like taking risks then don’t try to mine instead buy. But if you are
up for the challenge then start mining!
www.wealthypioneers.com
STEP 3) Earning > Trading
My strategy when trading cryptocurrency has been, to diversify my crypto-portfolio, and watch as
all of my coins accumulate in value.
Often, I sell half of a position when a coin triples in value – this gets my seed money out with a 50%
profit and leaves the other half of the position in their on the long term.
I now shy away from day-trading as I find it stressful, time consuming and have noticed that I tend
to do much better when I aim for larger movements in the market. I’m a swing trader, I’m in this for
the long game.
Don’t think two months ahead. Think two years ahead… That’s how you can make the most money.
The Best Cryptocurrency Exchanges
• KUCOIN
• Binance
• Cryptopia
• Coinbase
• Kraken
• Bittrex
• BitMex
• BitFinex
• Poloniex
• Coinmama
www.wealthypioneers.com
STEP 3) Earning > Investment
The best cryptocurrency investment strategy is to invest in a portfolio of varied and exciting coins –
picking these up when they are new to the scene, and still relatively cheap, is the optimum move.
Altcoins are more affordable than Bitcoin, Ethereum or other well established cryptocurrencies and
crucially if you pick the correct altcoins – wow, those babies can fly!
To start investing in altcoins, you need to buy your Bitcoin, register for an account on one of the best
cryptocurrency exchange platforms of 2018, buy shiny new coins with your Bitcoin and start making
money…

Earning Opportunities
Few important things before you start investing in Bitcoins (Or Other CryptoCurrencies):
• Bitcoin is an excellent investment in today’s day. With the adoption of Bitcoin increasing across
the globe, the prices are continuously surging.
• You can buy Bitcoin in fraction as well. Ex: 0.1 Bitcoin or even 0.005 Bitcoin.
• It will take time to learn about all the aspects of CryptoCurrencies. For starters, you need to buy
Bitcoins and hold it in a wallet like MyCelium, Ledger or others which I have recommended
above.
• You are responsible for the safety of your CryptoCurrencies. You should read following sections
in this guide on things not to do after investing in CryptoCurrencies. This will stop you from
making rookie mistakes that many are making after buying Bitcoins.
• Only buy from an exchange that is trusted and recommended by reliable resources. I take pride
in my recommendations as I understand that even a single dollar is hard earned-money by the
user.
• Just remember, you are putting your money into CryptoCurrencies. Even if the price reaches a
great level, you shouldn’t miss out on doing what you are supposed to do. Treat your
CryptoCurrencies investment like any other investment and be wise with your money.
