Separate Entity has been established or organized for implementation
because of huge budget, long-term development
City-wide ICT Infrastructure and Public Service are prior to Private
Service
Public Service Operational efficiency is the main benefit that have been
proved by Smart City Implementation
Information Integration is the core function of IOC to collaborate with
lots of Public and Private service providers
Expected Tenants can design their own space with their ideas and
technology within the concept of Smart City
