Experiment Summary Questions
    7.   Look back at the results of Exercises 1-3. Now think about this problem. Amylase is another enzyme that our
         body uses to process sugars. Amylase in our small intestine cleaves starch in foods into individual glucose
         molecules that are burned for energy. However, the enzyme is not needed if there is no starch to digest.
                   a. Determine the simplest way for the body to regulate amylase activity. If you look up
                   information for this question, be sure to cite it! Use APA parenthetical citations. ____/5
                   b. Suggest how the body can turn amylase activity OFF quickly. ___/3
