2.   Read the objectives in the manual
3.Analyse what takes place in the speech
- Prioritise 5 points

-   Think about alternative closes (no clichés)
6. Fill in the manual – you can use extra points
from evaluation
7. Speak to speaker – offer reassurance, answer
questions.
