The Bhagavad Gita Simplified provides guidance on overcoming fear and worry. It advises not worrying about the past or future, and accepting that all things happen for good. It notes that one comes into the world with nothing and will leave with nothing, as what one thinks they possess is temporary. It counsels dedicating actions to God to find freedom from fear and sorrow. Change is constant, and what appears as death is truly life. By removing notions of "yours and mine", everything belongs to all, and the soul is permanent while the physical body will perish.
