- 2. PROJECT DETAILS Project 1: Internet of Things(IoT). In this world of ours, lives have been heavily dependent on electrical appliances from quite a long time. Embedded technology has been quite extensively researched on, which helps connect several devices to a micro-controller chip, and hence write the logic to control those devices the way we want to. So what could we not achieve with it, is the answer data? The data that we receive from these devices plays a significant role in defining the trends, and hence would help us develop machine learning algorithms. But what is the use of data, if we are not able to achieve interoperability between devices without any constraint on their geographical location. This is the point which brings in the complete focus, the way devices all over the globe interact with each other, exchange data and hence can be controlled over the web that connects us all – yes the WWW (Word Wide Web). This is what we call the Internet of Things(IOT). Tools and Technologies Used:- Front end: Angular JS, JQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap, D3JS. Back end: Spring Boot rest applications, JPA Repository, MySQL. Deploying environment: Microsoft Azure used for deployments. Responsibilities: 1. Taken the ownership of Designing/Developing UI portal application. 2. Involved in Analysis and Development for the requirement. 3. Involve in Regression Testing, Functional Testing and Unit Testing. 4. Involving in deployment activities. Team Size: 7. Role Played: Module Lead. Duration: from May 2016 to till now. Project 2: CIT (Vendor Finance) Web Portal and CCS Applications. The Customer Support Site (CSS) and Intermediary Support Site(ISS) are complete portal solution for CIT associates, Vendors, Dealers, its customers and all registered users will interact with. Both CSS and ISS applications provides seamless, consistent user experience to CIT Users and increase the User satisfaction. Pre-Login as well as the login process use a number of web services and makes direct calls to Active directory and CMS through WebLogic built-in APIs.
