work that I don't normally do, I asked him to set in any of his
interviews to learn hiring experience and process.

Challenges
I haven't found my team member struggling during the teach back, he was paying
full attention and observing most of the time, the only challenges I've found that
he was a bit skeptical about his career with Koodo, we've struggled a few times
finding a development goal and or learning opportunity.
CLOSING THOUGHTS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE LDP
• The LDP has changed my thoughts about working with Koodo-Telus
• Now I can find a career path plan, before I was lost where do I start
• Definitely improved my mental attitude, I became more positive
• Forget MYSELF and think as A STORE
• I gave up any laziness I had and started to be more productive
• I was skeptic about my career with Koodo but now I'm sure what vision and goal I have and I
know when I'm going to achieve them
• LDP has taught me how to recognize others and how to praise a good job
• Persistence is the main key to success, never use blames and excuses
• LDP has developed my communication skills
• Networking through meeting new people in the LDP and going forward asking others for
feedback.
• Better judgment to manage my time, nothing is impossible.
• I have learned how to be a leader, motivate and engage the team.
