Space Planning & Furniture Lay Out: Clients are provided with a scaled & colour coded C.A.D layouts of their future or current office to show existing & new furnishings & additions. C.A.D assists us to utilize the maximum ergonomic space for any size area. Concept Design: We present our clients with “Mood Boards” as a visual aid to the proposed colour & texture finishes of furnishings, additions or painting by means of sized samples & pictures.

Project Management: BMC Projects will conduct a final site meeting with the client & contractors involved to ensure that all aspects of the project will be completed on the agreed upon time frames as well as tracking all orders placed for furnishings to ensure that delivery dates are met.
