(TSA) works with the respective Schools to manage your
Diploma or Specialist Diploma programmes. Please get to know
your Programme Manager (from TSA) and Programme
Coordinator (from School).
• Provide Academic oversight.
• Answer queries on attendance taking, lesson plan,
course notes, tutorial questions and solutions,
assignments and projects, etc.
• Provide Administrative oversight.
• Answer queries regarding course fee, funding and
administrative matters such as attendance
requirements, submission of MC and LOA.

Operating Hours
Mon-Fri: 8:00am - 9:30pm
Sat: 8:00am - 1:00pm
(except for the September vacation period
where the closing time will be 6:30pm)
Attendance
• LOA requests are subject to approval.
• For modules with <50% attendance, you will be awarded a maximum grade of
“NGP” (non-graded pass), with an associated grade point of 1.0.
• Students must maintain at least 50% attendance for each module's total session
hours.
• Students are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in all lessons to ensure a
fruitful learning experience.
Attendance
• Register for a Singpass Account and install Singpass app before your class.
• For synchronous lessons, please prepare two devices, one device to view the QR
code that the lecturer shares and another device (with camera function) to scan the
QR code via your Singpass app.
• Attendance will strictly be taken using Singpass.
If request for withdrawal/ deferment* submitted
via STEP

2025.
• Ensure the course fee payment is made by the stipulated deadline, or it will be
assumed that you are taking a semester break for the April 2025 semester.
• Timetable for the April 2025 semester will be made available 4 weeks before
the semester starts on 21 April 2025.
• Results for the October 2024 semester will be released on 04 April 2025.
• Refer to the announcement in STEP Student Portal and email (registered in
STEP) for updated information.
