- 4. User Story Jenny works as a Regional Manager for a major UK based banking firm. One of her duties requires her to travel across the UK to hold meetings in the company’s various UK locations. The meetings help express the company’s plan, goals and progression. The meetings require Jenny to supply a large amount of paperwork, such as handouts, forms and questionnaires to allow her to provide information to and from the company’s headquarters. Jenny travels by train to these locations due to the distances involved. Travelling with large amounts of paperwork to and from meetings has in the past proved to be very taxing.

The cloud technology present also allows Jenny to send documents to printers at different offices allowing attendees based at different offices to also obtain hard copies of the paperwork before the meetings and as a result meetings run without complications. Going forwards this will potentially allow meetings to be held without travel being a necessity, the paperwork can be sent out to the offices around the region and all forms can be scanned and send back in the form of digital copies back to the company’s headquarters.
