G I L B E R T M c L A U G H L I N C A S E L L A r c h i t e c t sa Multi-purpose Room Community Center @ Belmont United Methodist Church The Community Center at Belmont United Methodist Church is the initial Phase of a multi-phased Master Plan developed by GMC Architects. The 11,000 square foot addition to the existing Church consists of a large space used for seated gatherings for 750 people and 450 people for table seating. The significant site restrictions inherent in working within a tight, urban context provided plenty of opportunity for a creative coherent solution that seamlessly blended the new with the old.
