- 5. We enhancing our company in the field of tools designing for BHEL, Andritz Hydro, Axis Cades. To make our products more durable, energy saving and eco friendly also. We are also planning for manufacturing of relays and control panels for HT equipments and machineries.

- 7. Students who have good knowledge in circuit design, tools design. Ability to take new challenges and to achieve business specific goals. Passionate about work and good learners. Must be a hard worker and result oriented. Should have sound knowledge of design tools (AutoCAD, UG, Catia, PROE)
- 8. The selected students will join us ASAP. Students who does not have no knowledge or experience into his field, or have not undergone any of the internships or projects, but still is interested to work with Cadera Group, He/ She will be consulted by the company to get a training from some of the reputed trainerof company he wishes to .This will be applied only in the case where the student does not fit into the role or has no practical experience of projects. This would be decided after the final interviews only. However students with practical knowledge and project experience will be hired by CADERA on a direct basis without any training from other training institutes. This training applies only for B.TECH or BCA.
