• The Caliper Profile is a personality assessment and a tool that should
  be used as part of the process of selection or development of
  people in the organizations.

• With over 50 years in the business, the Caliper Profile can be used
  as "predictor" for performance and presentation of the skills in a
  particular job.

• The ONLY tool that measures over 30 personality traits in
  six behavioral categories:
