Editor's Notes

  • #12: DBOC are for the legislative district of Metro Manila (MM cities with multiple districts like Manila and Quezon City).
  • #25: Similar to those allowed/not allowed in a polling place.
  • #30: To be taken up during the next presentation on Comelec Resolution No. 8804.
  • #34: Now, results may be shown until ready for generation of results. So watcher retrieved ERs are very crucial.
  • #35: For every crucial function, the USB Token of any member shall be required to be inserted first to validate the command.
  • #36: For every crucial function, the USB Token of any member shall be required to be inserted first to validate the command.
