CAPS Decarbo net negotiation-workshop

The document outlines the objectives and timeline of the DecarboNet project, which aims to raise awareness of decarbonization through a collective awareness platform. The three objectives are to raise individual and collective awareness of decarbonization, trigger behavioral changes and social innovation, and analyze behavioral patterns and information diffusion.
