- 2. History ● Male patient of 65 years ● PC convulsions ● HPC-episodes of convulsions for 3 years ago, no fever Other systems pelvis pain
- 3. Past Med/surg Hx No diabete , HTA, TB Seronegative
- 4. FSH ● Married: 1 wife, children, ● Reports no history of smoking or alcohol consumption
- 5. On Examination ● Was wasted, with no pallor, no jaundice, ● Vitals: bp- , afebrile 360 C ● P/A- sensitive at vertebral colun and the ribs( 6th to 12th) on the left side ● Other Systems: normal
