With server limitation and huge amount of data to be imported daily in inventory we had created multiple cron file to achieve it. We had developed each rings in combination with all diamonds and simplified the process in Admin. We had done performance optimization at all levels from database to front end and provided fruitful results to load site faster and rank up. Importing diamonds of multiple vendors from 3rd part site along with images, certificates, pricing etc. was a challenging task. “Try On” feature where user can try rings on their figure itself, was exclusive and required R&D. Laravel Implementation of Membership program as per client custom requirement was tricky and required extensive testing.. One page checkout implementation required lot of Ajax calls due to many configurations. Payment and shipping methods were made configurable based on different regions and product types. We had provided feature to sync the data from Admin panel and process was run with repeaters to avoid timeout issue. Membership program was again made fully configurable from Admin and testing was done extensively with all test case scenarios. Checkout page performance optimization was done by reducing the number of calls. Admin section was designed in such a way that Admin could set payment and shipping based on different products and regions.
