CDC Innovative Technologies (CDC Group) • The CDC Group is the first Russian developer of SFA systems to win the status of SAP Partner and the first OEM partner of SAP in the area of mobile solutions. • The CDC OPTIMUM MMS (SUP Mobile Monitoring & Services) solution presented at the annual forum SAP SAPPHIRE NOW Madrid won the highest assessment from SAP AG top management in November 2011. • The CDC Group performed as a technological sponsor of partner forum SAP Forum 2012 Moscow, for which, based on the order from SAP, it developed a ‘Mobile Guide’ for the forum on the basis of SUP. At the forum, the CDC represented its solutions ITORO, MobCRM, and MobTrade. • OPTIMUM ITORO (‘Mobile Maintenance and Repair’) is the only mobile solution developed in Russia using SAP SUP technology that has been certified at the SAP international center. • More than 10 applications developed by the CDC Group on SUP basis are currently prepared for certification at SAP AG.

Inspections, repairs, and maintenance This solution is intended for automating of the operation of mobile personnel related to inspection and repair of railway equipment (color-light signals, points, turnouts, tracks, deflection of rails, etc.). It may be operated on mobile devices with the Windows Mobile OS (up to version 6.5.3). Purpose: Rapid collection of information about identified defects in equipment Remote access to the database of spare parts and instruments required for repairing equipment by order Accounting of equipment using barcodes and RFID. Taking photos of identified defects Update of databases with comments on defects Setting tasks to mobile technical personnel and control of fulfillment of the assigned tasks Monitoring of personnel motions using global positioning systems (GLONASS/GPS).
