2 The duration of the meeting is monitored with a timer
3 The progress of the meeting is tracked according to the slides presented
4 The tracking is shown using a ratio that can be displayed either in real-time or at specific time of the meeting (i.e. half the time)

2 The lights turn on when the first person enters the room
3 The lights decrease when the beamer/projector is on
4 The lights turn off when there is nobody in the room
5 The temperature of the room is monitored and raises an alert if it is too hot in the room
6 The CO2 level is monitored and raises an alert if it is too high
