Navdeep Bhardwaj worked as a Planning and Scheduling Engineer for ABB from May 2010 to December 2011 supporting the commissioning of a production line, distribution center, yard, and port jetty in Oman. He was responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the commissioning of over 6,000 equipment assets. Navdeep also managed the commissioning progress monitoring database. His technical experience and skills in planning, scheduling, and developing reporting metrics helped achieve commissioning and startup on schedule. He received recognition from managers for his work and for mentoring new technicians and trainees.

Sohar, Oman We have been delighted to have the services of Navdeep Bhardwaj as a Planning and Scheduling Engineer who has been supporting the ABB Full Service@ Commissioning team from May 2010 until completion December 2011. During this time Navdeep assumed responsibility within the Management and Planning team to plan, schedule and coordinate commissioning of all equipment assets approx 6,000 for Production Line A & B and the Distribution Centre, Yard and Port jetty areas. Navdeep was also responsible for managing the ABB commissioning progress monitoring and reporting database. Without Navdeep's technical experience and knowledgeable approach to Planning and Scheduling and his skill at developing client reporting metrics and understanding of document quality control we would not have achieved the commissioning and start-up on schedule. Navdeep has built excellent personal relationships with everyone in our ABB Full Service@ and Vale Commissioning Teams and has helped to mentor the new FS ABB technicians and Omani trainees, this work has been recognised by the Commissioning Manager and Lead Planning Engineer.
