This does not include Support for any proprietary Hardware and Software. However, it does include the use of CHAI by Wanclouds Support Team to proactively mitigate and troubleshoot 'Incidents'. (CHAI may be shared when requested during Remote Incident Resolution.) Support Includes: - Assistance with problems encountered during regular operations and maintenance. - Providing guidance on configuration settings. - Troubleshooting product issues, failures, or outages. - 24x7 monitoring and diagnostics by CHAI platform, managed by Wanclouds. Support DOES NOT include; - Bugs or Patch fixes to 3rd party hardware or software.
