Chakra Healing
So what are Chakras?
• There are seven main points in the
body where energy is obvious,
these are called Chakras.
• The Chakra Points (or energy
centres), help determine how you
feel.
• Chakras are like vortices of energy
that spin both from the front of
our bodies & the back.
• Each Chakra works best with
certain colours.
Introduction to the Chakras
• When the Chakra system is not
balanced you may feel disorientated,
uncomfortable & lethargic.
– These energy centres can get blocked &
sluggish, therefore making certain aspects
of our life or physical body feel the same
way.
– They can also spin too fast & become
overactive, this in turn can also cause
imbalances on various levels.
• With a well balanced Chakra system,
each centre is working at its optimum
level you will feel fit, healthy &
harmonious.
Introduction to the Chakras
• NOTE: You may not need to
energize certain chakras or others
will need far more energy
• The Chakras can also help you
communicate with the spirit realm
Opening your Chakras
There are many different ways to open
your Chakras
Visualizing these colours going through
the body will in turn open each Chakra
(visualize the colours as lights, mists or
whatever you feel comfortable with)
By learning to open your Chakras you
push your energy level out, which
'opens' you for spiritual
communication
NOTE! You must remember to close
your Chakras because staying open too
long will cause unbalancing

  • #3: Energy exists in all things in the known universe from human beings to the chair that you sit on. There are seven main points in the body where energy is obvious, these are called Chakras. The Chakra Points, to some degree, determine how you feel. Chakras are like vortices of energy that spin both from the front of our bodies and the back. These energy centres can get blocked and sluggish at times, therefore making certain aspects of our life or physical body feel the same way. They can also spin too fast and become overactive, this in turn can also cause imbalances on various levels. Therefore, what we strive to achieve is a nicely balanced chakra system, so that each centre is working at its optimum level for us to feel healthy and harmonious in all aspects. It is important then to realise that you may not need to energise certian chakras or indeed that others will need far more enrgy at certain times. A qualified healer will be able to perceive what is going on in each of your chakras and would allow energy to flow (or work with colours, crystals and sound according to need for your highest good) By using your own intuition you can get a fairly good idea of what is going on in your chakra system and work with this accordingly. If in doubt seek further advice from someone that is experienced in this field. (See Sharon and Brian in the Directory section for Healing) With a well balanced Chakra system you will feel fit, healthy and harmonious. When they are not balanced you may feel disorientated, uncomfortable and lethargic. The Chakras can also help you to communicate with the spirit realm. By learning to open your Chakras you push your energy level out, which 'opens' you for spiritual communication, but you must remember to close your Chakras because staying open too long will cause unbalancing. Each Chakra works best with certain colours. There are seven major Chakra points in our bodies and they are situated as so:-
  • #4: Energy exists in all things in the known universe from human beings to the chair that you sit on. • #6: Another technique for opening the chakras Opening The Chakras:  Sit in a quiet room.  Relax and clear your mind.  Once you are fully relaxed take a moment to center yourself then visualize each chakra spot starting at the crown of your head slowly opening like a flower.   So you would start at the crown or top of your head visualize it slowly opening like a flower of the appropriate color then move to your 3rd eye, throat charka, heart, solar plexus etc.  When doing this exercise it is ok if the charkas don't open fully on your first try, in fact don't force them to open. If one doesn't wish to open skip it and go to the next then try again tomorow.  One reason for this is because they have been dorment if you force them to open you can actually experience psychic shock.  Which means because they were in a dorment stage and you open them fully you go form feeling virtually nothing to full use which your body/soul and chakras aren't used to. They pick up all the different types of energy which causes an over load.  If it helps, you can think of it as being in a dead silent room all your life and then all of a sudden music with the volume all the way up comes on.  It would hurt your sensitive ears and shock you that's for sure.  Some people experience psychic shock as a stabbing in there 3rd eye, bad head aches, dizzines, acting drunk among other things.  This is usually followed by your charka's shut down and you literally have to let them rest and recover which can take anywhere from a week to a month to a year depending on how bad they are.  They have not been used so you want to slowly work up to them being open.Once you start this techniques you might start noticing certain chakra's tingling when you get near things.  This is from your chakras sensing objects energies. You'll also notice that when your chakra's are opened you recieve psychic information easier, your energy flow is increased etc.  If the flower technique is not to your liking or you would like to add a safety feature you can change the visualization a little and see a white light focusing on each charka center until they glow slightly.  Each time you do this they should glow a little brighter.  I recommend doing either exercise no more than twice a day and it should take at least a month before they are fully open.
  • #7: NIRU Root chakra is located at the base of spine. Its function is survival and grounding, its inner state is stillness and stability. Its color is red and its planets are Earth and Saturn. In every situation, we should be humble, open, and receptive, suspending all previous judgments in order to grasp the inner truth of the matter. If we rely on the truth of our inner voice to guide us, our actions will be in accord with the times.
  • #37: The Sanskrit name "Ajna" meaning "to know" refers to aspects of telepathy and other means of direct knowing which bypass the ordinary senses. Location: between the eyes, which yogis refer to as the "third eye point," and contains intuition

  • #42: Meditation, visualization   Visualization - helps to bring success in life as well. Visualization is commonly used by successful people to turn thoughts into reality.   Find a comfortable area and lie on your back. Place one of your hands (palm facing forehead) a few inches above your third eye chakra and slowly move your hand in a counter-clockwise circular motion. Do this energy exercise for 3-7 minutes, then shake your hand to clear off the negative energy. Place the same hand back to the starting position. This time move it in a slow clockwise circular motion. Do this exercise for half the time of step 2. When you are done shake your hand to clear off unwanted energy. The counter-clockwise hand motion helps remove negative energies from the third eye chakra. The clockwise hand motion helps reharmonize its energy.
  • #43: ALL OF US Warning: don't use this meditation for the Crown chakra while you don't have a strong Root chakra (you need a strong foundation first).
