- 4. We are mass producing students, manufacturing them as it were. Without the proper care and attention another human requires and deserves. It is painful to How the system butchers our youth, their dreams, ideas and aspirations. It’s a joke how ineffective it is * Between Education and Knowledge * Between education and Success

Robots who are skilled at only following instructions and not generating them. TELL ME , WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THAT 99%? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? CAN KNOWLEDGE AND ASPIRATION EVEN BE MEASURED AND QUANTIFIED?
- 8. STATUS, PROBLEM AND SOLUTION IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM THERE IS NO SELECTION CRITERION THERE IS ONLY DESELCTION CRITERION THEN WHAT WRONG HAS THE 59% STUDENT DONE? IS THE DIFFERENCE TOO SIGNIFICANCE BETWEEN 59-60, BETWEEN 32-33%

- 10. STATUS, PROBLEM AND SOLUTION IN HIGHER EDUCATION BUT EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE SUCH A SYSTEM THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR US. WE CAN STILL TAKE ACTIONS THAT CAN HELP US TO GROW EVOLVE AND ACTUALLY LEARN
- 11. IF YOU ARE A STUDENT OR A TEACHER WHO IS FED UP OF HOW THINGS ARE AND DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN THEN SATRT A CHANGE WITHIN YOU 1. Apply What You learn/Learning is a process and it has the following steps. Remember, Understand, Apply, Analysis, Evaluate and creation. 2.Experiment with different learning styles.
- 12. 3.Never let someone tell you that You are a failure in fact its not you that has failed. It’s the system for not helping you discover your inner passion and abilities. 4.Learn from your Elders. This is not a Moral. Its a fact. Elders have been on this earth for more time than us and have gathered a lot of experience . 5.Travel and talk to a diverse group of People. The saying goes travel broadens the mind and its true. Hearing opinions from a diverse group of people ensures that do not get any bias in making decisions and choices.

STATUS, PROBLEM AND SOLUTION IN HIGHER EDUCATION THE SYSTEM CAN IMPROVE IF WE ALL DO OUR PART WE ARE PART OF THE SYSTEM AND IF WE ALL CHANGE THEN SYSTEM WILL CHANGE UTOPIA OF EDUCATION IS FAR FROM BECOMING REALITY BUT STILL WE MUST ALL CHANGE AND EMBRACE OUR NEW LIVES WITH HAPPINESS AND CURIOSTY. There is light at the end of the tunnel and that is good enough for us.
