- 2. StellaStella is the main character, a confident, glamorous and self assured 17 year old however craves to be liked by everyone.
- 3. In Latin the name Stella means star. as a group we thought this name fits the characters persona well as she is the main focus in the group.

Stella’s parents are international teachers so being left on her own a lot with her two brothers she has no choice but to be independent.Zoe17 year old Zoe is viewed as the girl next door character. Currently taking her A-Levels her main interests are photography & drawing. She’s Stella’s best friend but they soon realise there not as close as they seem to think they are.
- 5. Zoe and Jonny have history together which ended badly so they are now enemies. However Jonny has taken interest in Stella and when Zoe finds out that Stella and him are dating the cracks in their friendship begin to show.

The name Zoe seemed like a suitable name to use as it’s a common girls name that’s associated with young people so we agreed to use it.Kareem & JamalKAREEM- the first half of Stella's two older brothers. 20 year old Kareem is the cocky and confident ladies man. He’s main focus is himself & his looks however he also makes being overly protective of Stella one of his main priorities along with his family. Kareem means noble in Arabic so we thought this name would link with his priorities. JAMAL- 19 year old Jamal is the younger half of the brothers. He is the athletic brother and prioritises sport over most things. The name Jamal means Handsome in Arabic and as he also sees himself as a ladies’ man we thought this would be a suitable name for him. The brothers have a lot in common such as their protective behaviour over their sister and there obsession with themselves. They are also addicted to XBOX and are consistently competing with each other for hours leading to arguments and rematches.
- 7. Jonny17 year old Jonny is the core of the conflict between best friends Zoe & Stella which affects Kareem & Jamal and causes them to confront Jonny.
- 8. Jonny knows he’s a ladies’ man and uses his charm to get what he wants. He’s charm and looks are irresistible and when both Zoe & Stella are both empowered by them he finds himself in trouble later in the film.
