The Cambodian Health Committee is seeking to fill 4 Community System Strengthening Coordinator positions based in Kandal and Prey Veng provinces. The CSSCs will monitor and supervise TB and HIV/AIDS programs, organize trainings, prepare reports, and strengthen partnerships between organizations. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in management, nursing, or related field, knowledge of TB programs and the Global Fund, and strong English, computer, and interpersonal skills.

- 1. Job Announcement Community System Strengthening Coordinators The Cambodian Health Committee (CHC) is a non – profit, non partisan and non – sectarian Cambodian local organization, which has been working in health sector in Cambodia since its inception in 1994. We are working with NTP (National Tuberculosis Program) and are leading the programs focusing on TB, and HIV/AIDS in Cambodia. We are recruiting qualified Cambodians to fill the positions of Community System Strengthening Coordinators (4 positions) for Community Direct Observed Therapy Short-course (C-DOTS) program. S/he will be based at Kandal (3 positions) and Prey Veng (1 position) provinces. We encourage candidates who live in target areas to apply these positions. Position: Community System Strengthening Coordinators (CSSC) Main responsibilities: - Work with the program coordinator to develop C-DOTS project work and budget plan - Monitor, supervise, facilitate and coordinate Community TB-DOTS & TB/HIV activities with Health Center (HC) staff, Village Health Support Group (VHSG), C-DOTS Watchers and Communities. - Prepare monthly budget plan and request for the project activities in the OD. - Organize project meetings with OD, HC, VHSG, TB supervisors and community leaders and other stakeholders - Organize and participate in the training for HC staffs, C-DOTS Supporters and C-DOTS Watchers and all counterparts working with CDOTS. - Assist in preparing project documents and maintain filing as required. - Prepare and submit progress reports, work plan, update of the project as required by the program coordinator; - Establish strong partnerships and coordinate closely government and NGO counterparts and other stakeholders - Represent CHC in relevant and key meetings and events and provide technical leadership in the area of C-DOTS & TB/HIV activities Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor degree in Management, Nurse, Development Study or other relevant degrees Knowledge and experience in TB program and working with Global Fund program Strong commitment and interpersonal skills Can drive motor bike with motor bike driving license Good English language (can write, speak and listen) Computer proficiency, and can access to internet Qualified candidates must send their CV and cover letter explaining their specific qualifications via email to: admin@chc-ghc.org or hand deliver to Mr. Lok Chanthan at CHC Head quarter office address: House 17, Street 618, Beoungkok 2, Toulkork, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
