1991: Head of Department Physics 1991 年担任物理系系主任 Became very unhappy with my approach to teaching. 开始对自己的教学方法感到不满意

I will be sharing with you some strategies that aspire to be RESEARCH BASED. 将要与大家交流的是立志于科研的一些策略 These have been helpful to many people in many classes.
But, you must implement with care. 但是希望大家慎重使用 This is China. In fact, this is Yunan and this is Chuxiong Normal University.
You must decide for yourself what you take away and implement. 自己判断获取什么以及该如何用 You have your own special context. 你们的情况不同
I hope you take away some useful ideas to reflect on, to help you in your teaching – and help your students for the good of Physics Education 希望大家获得一些可供思考的想法,可供教学实践借鉴的观念,以及为搞好物理教育如何为学生提供帮助的方法
