Overall Comment
Cintia was a hard-working, dedicated and popular member of the group, who
made excellent progress throughout the course adapting course materials to
student needs. She has a nice teaching persona and always remembered to
praise students. She was good at giving clear instructions, and following
appropriate stages for different lesson types. Her response to feedback was
always positive and she was keen to implement suggestions made. Her
written work was also of a very high standard.

Areas for Continuing Development
Cintia is working not over-planning so that she is able to do everything she set
out to do. This will become easier with practice. She is a self-aware teacher
who is keen to learn, and I am positive she will be a real asset to any teaching
team.
