This document introduces the World TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) Resource, an online knowledge platform launched in April 2017 to provide information on designing, financing, implementing, and governing TOD projects globally. It aims to address the gap in resources for TOD projects in the Global South. The Resource organizes over 400 curated resources on good practices for TOD related to land, finance, governance and design. It also features learning modules and will provide sample legislation, case studies, and videos on TOD elements and implementation. The Resource aims to inform city officials, developers, financial institutions, and citizens working on equitable TOD projects internationally.
