This presentation provides an overview of an upcoming class project called "Let's Get Physically Fit" that will last approximately one month. Students will work in groups to create personal fitness plans, which will include daily workouts, activities, and diet plans. They will follow their plans for 4 weeks and keep daily journals tracking their heart rates, weight, and muscle mass. Parents will support and encourage their children by preparing healthy foods and participating in daily physical activities. The teacher's roles are to inspire physical activity and ensure students understand its benefits and healthy eating. The project aims to develop students' 21st century skills through collaboration, critical thinking, and communication.
