Classroom Rules
1. If the student has any illness symptoms at home, you should not be in school.
2. Arrive/Log in to class on time. (Correct use of school uniform. Follow dress code.)
3. Bring daily class materials and technological equipment to school. Remember that due
to the reality that we currently live (Covid-19), the materials cannot be shared.
Understand as materials for daily use: a. notebook b.pencils c.markers /crayons
d. glue e.scissors f.etc.
4. Bring bottles of water & snacks. Due to the biosafety protocol, the water sources/
fountains will NOT be available. Students may NOT share.
5. The student must arrive at the school and classroom with their mask on. You must keep
it correctly positioned (covering nose and mouth) at all times. When eating, student must
maintain a safe distance from others.
6. If the student presents any symptoms at school, they will be removed from the
classroom and will be directed to the designated school area for these cases, where the
protocol established by the Department of Education / school
7. All students 12 years or older MUST BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19. If you are
not vaccinated, you may be admitted if you present the immunization certificate that
began the process with the first dose and completes the second dose before the next 30
calendar days, following the start of school. If you are not vaccinated and do not have any
of the exceptions allowed, you will not be able to attend the school campus in person. The
parent will be responsible for the development of the student's academic plan so that
he/she can receive education under the distance or remote modality. (Read the document:
GUIDELINES ON PROTECTIVE MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19 APPLICABLE TO ALL
TEACHING, NON-TEACHING, VISITING AND STUDENTS 12 YEARS OLD AND OLDER
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION).
8. After being absent, the student must present a written excuse by his / her guardian
parent upon returning to the classroom.
9. The student must have their TEAMS account activated and check it daily. Notifications
and communications will be sent through said platform. Jobs will also be assigned by it. The
student who does not have his account activated and does not review it, will not be
excused if he remains oblivious to any notice or does not perform any work. It is the
responsibility of the parent-guardian and the student to review TEAMS daily.
10.To avoid contagion, group work or presentations will not be carried out in person. They
could be worked on in a virtual way making use of the TEAMS platform.
11. Student who does not perform a task/test assigned by TEAMS on due date, will lose
the points of said assessment/instrument.
12. The student must meet the deadlines. I assign work on time, do not put off doing it.
NO ADDITIONAL TIME WILL BE GIVEN after day 2 of due date. 10% of the grade will
be deducted from assignment for each day turned in late.
13. Work must be done according to grade level. Be clean and organized with class work.
Work may be done in computer preferably. If done by hand, make sure work is legible.
Images of work sent via TEAM must be clear and legible. Otherwise, it will not be
corrected.
14. Begin your day with a positive attitude.
15. Raise your hand to speak and wait for your turn.
16. Listen with your ears and eyes.
17. Be quiet when the teacher is speaking or if we receive a visitor.
18. Respect your teachers and classmates.
19. Keepyourarea tidyanddisinfected.
20. Always ask for permission to leave your seat.
21. Be kind to one another.
22. Always do your best work.
23. Let’s have an amazing year!
