- 9. Features of application • Web application - • Pre-Appointment - The host can always set an appointment with the visitor by adding the arrival details of the visitor. Reception and security officials can see the visitor list for day. Visitor will receive the SMS of pre-appointment. • General process - Visitor arrives to reception. Security officials will see the visitor appointment in list for day & will generate the visitor pass with photo and barcode. • Host or security officials can auto fills repeated visitor’s info on one click.
- 10. • During exit, security will scan barcode on visitor pass and close the appointment. • Visitor Gate Pass is always with Photo and Barcode • Third Eye captures ID details of all the visitors for security reasons and then stores it in the administrator portal so that it can be easily retrieved whenever required. • Mobile application is also present with all features with photo clicks facility. • Scan Gatepass with barcode and close appoitment functionality
