Case 1:

This massage shown in homepage. A problem in for loop occurred in file name
“views/googchart.php”, Line No: 4.
Reason: It occurs when there is not a single file in database.
Comment: Please remove “PHP” Error and put this massage “There is no file in Database”

Case 2:
1. If the “file name” is empty
2. If the “description field” is empty
3. And If “the comment field” is empty
Then we get an irritating massage, “Data Tables warning: table id=example1 - Requested
unknown parameter '1' for row 0. For more information about this error, please see
http://datatables.net/tn/4”
This massage is not clear. It is a classic case error.
Here is the screen shot.

Reason: Data Table is looking data source for Array position “1” and not finding.
Comment: It’s better to show “you can’t this field empty”. Ajax is Comfortable as like as Gmail

Case 3:
If All Field is empty and click add new then button then previous page gone

Case 4 :
After deleting any file from server, it’s shown an irritating massage “Could not remove
document”

Comment: Please remove this massage. And put “Your file removing successfully”

Case 5:
There are 60 pdf file contain in CMSD G-1130 PKG. It is very hard to upload 60 pdf file at a
time.

In this case, add new, reset and back that 3 button are lost

Reason: As a fixed height is given so it becomes invisible. If you tell me the maximum number
of files you want to upload then I will give that height.
Comment: Please minimum page height for 30 Page.

Case 6:
After selecting file, there is no way to cancel file.

Comment: Please put an cross button right side of the file name

CASE 7:
After uploading file, Database remove file name and rename automatically every file with a
unique number. File name is strongly necessary and unique number is strongly prohibited.

Reason: I did it as I was told to do that time. A unique number is given to keep files unique from
each other; if any how a file exist and you upload another with same name then new file will
replace the old one. If you give me the file naming convention then I will do that.
Comment: Every file is unique. Every file has scan number, name and date and special char. So
please remove automatic numbering which database generate. File name have some time 100
char.

CASE 8:
In filter record box, we need a suggestion file name. It is very easy to searching file and
comfortable.

Query: Do you need different searching/filtering fields? Can you email me describing the type
of filtering you want?
Comment: Searching system is working nicely. But if search box give me suggestion and if I
need all pdf (*pdf) or jpg (*jpg) it’s not shown any result

Case 9:
There is some problem. Here 2 file upload 01-01-2014 and 01-01-2015. It is very hard to
understand which year it was uploaded.

Comment: It is better than clustering year like as month

Case 10:
Here uploaded 22 file.

Comment: if every file shown vertically its numbers. That looks so pretty. And summation of
upload is better.

CASE 11:
Multiple file upload.
In single browse we can select multiple file, every file need cross box for unselect file.

CASE 12:
There was 3 file same name copied. Database does not show same file uploaded. If same file we
try to upload database massage “this file already has, if you want to update? OK and Cancel
button”

CASE 13:
If click view file its show Object not found.
We need html view of this uploaded file. Like as print preview option.

CASE 14:
In Action section, Admin need approved to view. Every check mark

CASE 15:
If there are no massage, its shown a fatal error

CASE 16:
If there are no system log information. Database shown fatal error.
