Coca Cola entered India in the 1990s as one of the most powerful multinational companies but faced many problems in maintaining its success. Some of the key issues included arrogance as a large MNC, high costs associated with frequent CEO changes, high employee turnover, lack of employee involvement in decision making, and no long-term sustainability plans. Addressing these problems through better employee retention, involvement, and relations with the public would help the company regain its position.

- 2. Coco cola was among the bluest of blue MNCs to have entered india in the 1990s.It was and still remains among the top five most powerful brands and the largest beverage company in the world. In its way to success it faced a lot of problems but then again it regained its original position in the world market.
- 3. The major problem was their arrogance in being a MNC. Huge costs were involved when everytime a new CEO took over. High rate of employee turnover.
- 4. Employeeswere not given chance in decision-making. Denialof problems – nobody was ready to take the problems on oneself. No plans of sustainability.
- 5. Employee Retention : The employee turnover should be as low as possible because the success of the organization wholly depends on it. Employee should be involved in decision making process as their say is also necessary in the running of the organization.
- 6. o Employees should be given responsibilities in order to make them feel important and valued in the organization. o Employee should have good relation with public in order to keep up their trust and loyalty.
