This document provides instructions for using a certificate of analysis (C of A) system with four main tabs: Browse displays a list of C of As in the system; Search allows users to look up a C of A by lot number; Request is for submitting new C of A requests not currently in the system; and Help contains this instructional video. Users can click on a C of A entry in Browse to view it in PDF format using Adobe Reader. The Search and Request functions will be added in future weeks to complete the system.

Main Navigation Notice the tabbed interface labeled, BROWSE, SEARCH, REQUEST and HELP. • BROWSE - (default) provides a list of the C of As currently in the system • SEARCH – Allows users to search for a C of A • REQUEST – If your C of A is not found or currently not in the system, you can request it be added by filling out a form • HELP – This video Click on the entry to view the C of A in PDF format. NOTE: Requires Adobe Reader.
