COLOR MIXING Tints:   Colors to which white has been added Tones:  Colors to which gray has been added Shades:   Colors to which black has been added Neutrals:   Colors which have been mixed with their complement

WARM COLORS Warm colors seem to advance visually Believed to increase appetite (what color are the arches at McDonald’s?) Are said to make a space feel warmer or cozier
