HHG Weight Allowance Change Effective with pickup date of Dec. 1, 2011 or later weight allowance to/from Japan was reduced for all Soldiers to 2,500 pounds (net) or 25% of full weight allowance or whichever is greater. TRICARE Update MetLife - New TRICARE Dental Program carrier   Effective May 1, MetLife will begin providing dental coverage to more than 2 million family members of uniformed service active duty personnel, members of the Selected Reserve and Individual Ready Reserve, their eligible family members, and survivors.
