- 7. the intention:To develop a model where the church building is not the only centre of influence, but the members and families of our congregation also become the centres of influence - a better balance in our community structure through gradual decentralisation.‘Outreach’ becomes broader and joined up to building communities with in our community that meet people’I am able to build up my own community of people through the different avenues of life that I walk down each day.That I can care for these people and eventually bring some of them to study the Principle and receive the Blessing.That over a period of time I find one person who would like to duplicate what I am doing as a community builder.
