This study conducted by Shariq Sami and Azmeen Gadit compares the Agile and Waterfall software development models in terms of flexibility, cost, time, efficiency, and resources using a quantitative research methodology. The findings suggest that Agile is generally more flexible and cost-effective than Waterfall, although the Waterfall model is perceived as requiring more resources due to its phase review process. This research aims to assist decision-making in selecting the appropriate software development model.
